Claude Training & Enablement
Talk to us

Your team has Claude. Now get them using it.

We get your people, starting with your leadership team, genuinely fluent in Claude. Not aware of it. Not occasionally using it. Actually building it into how they work, every day.

Most AI rollouts follow the same arc.
Leadership buys the licenses. Someone runs a training session. A few people get excited. Then three months later, nothing has changed.

It’s not because people didn’t want to use it. It’s because generic online training doesn’t translate into actual workflows. Without workflows, habits don’t form. We build bespoke training around your organization.

That’s what we fix.

We start with your goals,
not a curriculum.

Before we run a single session, we need to understand what you’re actually trying to accomplish. Which teams? Which workflows? Where is the most friction, and where is the most opportunity?

That conversation shapes everything that follows. The training is different for every org we work with, because the work is different, the people are different, and what “using Claude well” looks like is different.

A strong AI strategy comes from leaders who use AI themselves. So we get your team fluent first, then the strategy becomes obvious.

How 0 becomes 100.

Every engagement follows the same four phases. What happens inside each one is built around your org.

  1. 01

    Understand your goals

    What happens

First, we get to know your org. We want to understand where you are right now with Claude, where the biggest opportunities are across your teams, and what success looks like for you, while matching that with what we’ve already seen work across other clients.

This phase produces a roadmap: which teams go first, what we’re building toward, and how we’ll know it’s working.

    What you come away with

A clear integration roadmap: where Claude fits, in what order, and why.

  2. 02

    Foundations

    What happens

Before anyone can build skills, they need a solid base. This phase gets every relevant person, including your leadership team, genuinely comfortable with Claude.

Not comfortable as in “I’ve seen a demo.” Comfortable as in: they know how to think with it, they’ve used it on real work, and they’ve started to see where it changes things.

    What you come away with

A leadership team that uses Claude in their own work. A broader team that’s no longer starting from zero.

  3. 03

    Skills development

    What happens

Now we go deeper, team by team. Each team works with a Trackmind trainer on the tasks they actually do, their real documents, their real workflows, their real problems. Sessions are hands-on. People leave with things they built, not notes they took.

We also cover Claude’s built-in skills and show your teams how to connect Claude to the tools they already use, then configure those connections in ways that fit how each team actually works. Done right, it feels like something built specifically for them.

This is where the shift happens. People stop thinking about whether to use Claude and start reaching for it first.

    What you come away with

Real capability across your teams, built around your actual work. A set of Claude workflows, connected tools, and configurations built around how each team actually works.

  4. 04

    Embed and sustain

    What happens

Once the training is done, teams get access to office hours so they can work through questions, get unstuck, and keep building on what they’ve learned. If an org wants to go further, we can do custom development work, building connectors, skills, and integrations with their internal tools and systems.

We also run monthly updates so your team always knows what’s new in Claude and how to get the most out of it.

    What you come away with

Ongoing access to your trainers, custom development support if you need it, and a team that stays current as Claude keeps evolving.

The AI Assist Program

For leaders who want to go deeper, faster.

Some leaders don’t just want their team trained. They want to fundamentally change how they work.

We pair a Trackmind AI engineer directly with a business leader. The leader brings the business understanding. We bring the technical ability to build. Together they identify where Claude fits in the leader’s actual work and implement it, inside their real calendar, their real decisions, their real processes. This is especially valuable when the work involves building custom skills, plugins, or connecting Claude to your internal systems, the things that turn Claude into something that feels purpose-built for how you work.

It’s also time effective. Leaders don’t need to get into the technical details. That’s what the engineer is there for. They stay focused on the work, we handle the build.

The result is a leader who uses AI as a natural part of how they work, with workflows built specifically around them and a clear model for their team to follow.

What makes it different

Our trainers are engineers. Which means when we identify a workflow worth building, we don’t write a spec for someone else to implement later. We build it. Right there, around your actual work.

Our trainers are technical and business fluent. By design.

Every Trackmind trainer can code and has worked inside business operations. That combination isn’t accidental. It’s the reason our training goes deeper than a generic workshop.

It means a trainer can sit in your operations review, understand what’s actually happening, and then build something that addresses it. It means the workflows we design are real, not theoretical. And it means when something doesn’t work the way it should, we can diagnose it, not just flag it.

You’ll work with someone who has built with Claude, broken it, and figured out what it takes to make it genuinely useful in a real business context.

We’d tried the lunch-and-learn approach to AI. People showed up, nodded, and went back to doing things the same way. What was different with Trackmind was that they actually sat inside our work, with me, with my team, and figured out where Claude fit in what we were already doing. It didn’t feel like training. It felt like someone helping us get better at our jobs.

This is built for you if…

  • 01

You’ve just gotten started with Claude, or you’ve had it for a while but adoption is scattered. A few power users, most people barely touching it.

  • 02

Your leadership team isn’t using AI in their own work yet, which means adoption isn’t coming from the top

  • 03

You’ve tried a training session before and it didn’t translate into changed habits

  • 04

You want real workflows built, not just awareness raised

  • 05

You need someone to own the rollout, not just hand you a playbook and leave

  • 06

You’re an org where leadership is ready to commit, not just experiment
